The Real Problem

Your production floor is running on guesswork

If any of these feel familiar, you're leaving efficiency — and profit — on the table every single day.

Manual Data Entry — Every. Single. Day.

Your team spends hours typing production numbers into spreadsheets. One typo, and the entire report is wrong.

Reports Ready Days Too Late

By the time management sees the report, the production problem has already cost you money. Slow data means slow decisions.

Human Error Is Costing You Real Money

Transposed figures. Wrong formulas. Missing rows. Manual processes are error-prone — and in manufacturing, errors are expensive.

Spreadsheets That Nobody Understands

Each person builds their own version. No standardization. No single source of truth. Just chaos disguised as Excel files.

No Real-Time Visibility

You're flying blind. Without live production data, you can't optimize, you can't respond, and you can't scale.

Machines Running with Zero Monitoring

Downtime is discovered after the fact. There's no alert, no sensor, no system — just someone noticing the machine is off.

None of this shows up as a line item — it shows up as capacity you never knew you lost.

The first thing we do is measure it in your plant, so the number you act on is your own.

Product Journey

Start Small. Scale Without Starting Over.

Most factories are not ready to jump straight to a full system. Each stage builds on the last, so nothing you set up early gets thrown away.

Solutions

Built Around Your Manufacturing Process

We build the system to match how your plant already works — not the other way around.

Production Management

Production planning, output tracking, target monitoring, and daily production reporting.

Quality Management

Defect tracking, inspection records, Pareto analysis, NCR, and corrective action.

OEE & Performance

Monitor availability, performance, quality, downtime, and production efficiency.

Machine Monitoring

Real-time machine status, sensor data, alarms, and machine utilization.

Traceability

Track production data, materials, processes, and quality information.

Reporting

Generate management reports and production reports without manually consolidating spreadsheets.

Google Apps Script Web Apps

When your data already lives in Google Sheets, we build the app on top of it: Apps Script backend, web front end, own login and roles. It runs inside your Google account — no server to rent, no data to move.

See how we build them
Google Apps Script

Your data is already in Sheets. Put the app on top of it.

Not every problem needs a server. When a team already runs on Google Workspace, we build a proper web app with Apps Script — multi-user, role-based, and deployed inside your own Google account. No hosting bill, no migration, and the spreadsheet stays yours.

Sheets stay the database

The schema is defined in code and installed into the spreadsheet. Adding a column means re-running the installer, not rebuilding the file — existing rows are left alone.

Its own login, not Google sign-in

Salted, iterated password hashes, lockout after repeated failures, expiring sessions, and per-role permissions checked on the server — so a cashier account cannot read what an owner account can.

Real inventory costing

FIFO stock layers, a stock card for every movement, and cost of goods stored on the invoice itself. Last month's margin does not change when this month's purchase price does.

Barcode input that survives the shop floor

USB or Bluetooth scanners, the device camera, a photo fallback when the browser blocks the camera, and manual entry. All four work interchangeably.

Reports you can hand over

Profit and loss with expenses broken down by category, sales, purchase, and stock reports, charts drawn without any external library, and export to CSV, PDF, Google Sheets, or the printer.

Reference build

POS Toko

A full point of sale on a single spreadsheet: cashier with printed receipts, purchasing with landed cost, warehouse transfers, stock opname, operating expenses, and a profit and loss report — four user roles, one Google account.

  • Cashier, purchasing, stock, expenses, reports
  • FIFO costing with a full stock card
  • Owner, admin, cashier, and warehouse roles
  • Export to CSV, PDF, and Google Sheets

Where Apps Script stops — worth knowing before you choose it

10M cells
per spreadsheet — heavy tables get archived per year
6 minutes
maximum execution time per request
3–10 users
working at the same time, realistically

Past that, the same application belongs on a web app with its own database — and we will say so before the project starts, not after.

Automotive

Built for Automotive Manufacturing

Automotive suppliers carry documentation requirements that general production software ignores. We have delivered software to automotive customers, and the platform is designed to support structured automotive manufacturing processes.

svian.dev supplies the system that records and reports these processes. Certification of your plant remains yours to hold — we do not claim or issue compliance on your behalf.

Why svian.dev

More Powerful Than Excel. Simpler Than MES.

Spreadsheets are easy to start but stop scaling. Traditional MES scales but takes a year and a budget to implement. We sit between the two on purpose.

Example Scenarios

Built on real factory floors, not slide decks

We have no published customer stories yet. Rather than invent one, here are worked examples of the problems we build for — illustrations, not customer references.

6 yrs

In manufacturing operations

Injection Molding

8 machines · 2 shifts

Example

Output is written on paper at the machine, then retyped into a spreadsheet the next morning. Nobody knows the real number until the day is already over.

Operators log output at the line, so the shift summary and reject rate are ready the moment the shift ends.

Production Web App

Automotive Assembly

3 lines · tier-2 supplier

Example

A customer complaint needs an 8D response, but the production and inspection history behind that lot sits across four separate files.

Lot history, inspection records, and corrective actions live in one place, so the 8D is built from records instead of memory.

Web App + automotive modules

Food Packaging

Continuous line · 3 shifts

Example

Downtime goes into a logbook with no reason code, so the same stoppage repeats every week and nobody sees the pattern.

Stops are logged against reason codes as they happen, and the weekly Pareto shows which cause is actually costing the most hours.

You get the number with the scope, not before it. Scope, hosting model, and timeline are confirmed in writing before any project starts. Read the FAQ

Before You Commit

The risk of trying this is on us, not on your line

Changing how a plant reports production is a real decision. Here is what protects you if it does not work out.

Scope and timeline in writing first

You see the agreed scope, the deployment model, and the timeline before implementation starts. Nothing gets built against a moving target.

Start on one line, not the whole plant

Begin with the Excel system or a single production line. When the process is stable, scale up — the work you already did carries over instead of being rebuilt.

No data lock-in

Production and quality data export to Excel and PDF at any time. Your records stay yours, so leaving is always cheaper than staying out of obligation.

Runs on your infrastructure if policy demands

If production data cannot leave the plant network, the system deploys on your own server instead of the cloud. Decided with you, in writing, before the project starts.

Get a Scoped Quote

No obligation — you get the scope and the number before you decide.

How It Works

How implementation actually runs

No year-long rollout and no big-bang cutover. You get a scoped timeline before anything starts.

01

We Map Your Process

We start from how your plant reports production today — the forms, the shift routine, the terminology. That becomes the specification, so the system matches your process instead of replacing it.

02

Configure and Deploy

Screens, roles, and reports are configured to the scope we agreed, then deployed to the cloud or to your own server. Your existing Excel history is imported so the team does not start from an empty system.

03

Run, Then Scale

Your team runs the system on the floor with onboarding support. When the process is stable, machine monitoring and IoT can be added on top — without rebuilding what already works.

FAQ

Questions from the plant floor.

Something not covered here? Ask our team.

Yes. Many factories start with the Excel production system because it needs no installation and no change to how the team already works. It gives you structured daily reporting and KPI calculation first, so the data is already organized by the time you move to the web app.

Let's scope your first production dashboard.

Tell us how your plant reports production today. We will show you what the same process looks like in a system — and what it would take to get there.

  • Cloud or on-premise deployment
